The refurbishment of the UCLH Heart Hospital in Marylebone is nearing completion. This project was phased while the hospital continued being fully operational. Refurbishing the existing building and discovering a mountain of services had made for an extremely challenging project. The battle for ceiling heights was a compromise dictated by the contractor’s ability to reduced build-ups and re-route services. The end result is a bright, clean & crisp space to meet current healthcare standards.
