Around 8:30pm yesterday evening the Westminster Planning Committee voted 3:1 in favour of the new facility. As a result of 3 years working closely with the planning authority, local residents, and scientists at CERN, the design team has delivered a concise, well-designed scheme within the constraints of existing listed buildings within Central London.
