Using case studies spanning the last 10 years, our presentation looked at how blurring outmoded professional boundaries and working in more integrated teams can contribute to delivering NHS England’s vision for integrated care. Much of the subsequent discussion focused on the need for NHS guidance and approval processes to align with the ‘vision’ to support designers in shaping healthier environments.
