An invited competition to design a new reception area for an existing commercial building in Midtown, Holborn. The concept proposes a bright space with a warm, natural palette of materials. Oak cladding wraps around the waiting area at the front of the space and circulation at the rear is highlighted with a bold colour and new lighting.
