Sonnemann Toon Architects achieved listed building consent for the complete refurbishment and conversion of the an early 18th century former Inn into a spacious family home. Located in the picturesque North Norfolk coastal village of Cley-next-the-Sea, the Grade II listed building was originally a Granary and Maltings.
The existing layout was enhanced by making better and more efficient use of the building and space within the site. The works also included the conversion of stable blocks into additional living accommodation.
