Alfredo Salgado Ferrer

Alfredo received his Bachelor’s in Architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He moved to London in 2018 before starting his master’s degree at The Bartlett’s faculty of the Built Environment at UCL. His master explored the possibilities of self-supporting reciprocal timber structures using digital design and tools – CNC machining and multi-axis robotics for fabrication.
Alfredo joined Sonnemann Toon in 2020 and has been involved in various projects in the healthcare and residential sectors.
Alfredo’s interests include sustainability, technology in construction and humanitarian architecture, which contribute to community empowerment and resilient design.
